Here’s how it works:
When you schedule:
You'll receive a welcome email guiding you through gathering and sharing your written content, photos, branding, and login credentials.
If you choose the optional COPYWRITING package, you'll meet with Connie for a 60-min Content Strategy Call to discuss brand messaging and brand voice—giving us everything we'll need to write the new content for your project.
If you choose an optional BRANDING package, you'll be asked to fill out a brand questionnaire and gather logo / brand inspiration (don't worry, I'll send instructions!) We'll jump into the branding portion of your project 3 weeks prior to your website start date.

We’ll be in touch to answer questions, share reminders, get your calls booked and make sure we have all the content requested.

We'll meet for a project kick-off call to go over your existing search footprint and the new sitemap plan. We'll also discuss your website content and visual inspiration for the website. The home page will be designed and revised, setting the style for the rest of the site.

The remaining pages of your new site are built and designed. We meet for another feedback call in week 3 for a page-by-page walk-thru of the site design noting revisions needed.

We connect the site to your email service provider and make any needed design changes. Search Engine Optimization is accomplished and finishing touches are completed.
We meet for a pre-launch Zoom call, make any last design adjustments and your site launches—ready for website visitors to buy and book immediately!

We'll meet for one final call, this time for you to get training on how to access, and update your website. You'll receive post launch resources including video tutorials and project files. I'll conduct a post-launch SEO audit and we'll also use this time to adjust anything on the site based on your initial client's interactions

Great question! We start by doing research to determine what's already working for you and why, then be sure to keep or improve those pages and keywords. We'll also be sure to redirect any old non-relevant page urls so your links all stay intact. You can read more about this scenario here. If this is a concern of yours, and your website is currently larger than 10 pages or has a blog, I recommend my Flex Fit package.

Squarespace is a hosted website platform (similar to —but better than!— Wix, Weebly, LiveEdit etc). It's user-friendly, works well with Mindbody and other third party integrations and doesn't require much on-going upkeep. Absolutely! That's one of the things I love best about the Squarespace platform. I'll show you how to do all this in a recorded training call.

All Flex Fit website packages comes with 2 weeks of priority email support post-launch. This period of time is intended to fine-tune anything on the live site based on feedback from your clients as they actually start to use the new site. After that support window closes, I offer pay-as-you-go "get it done" support calls in 30 and 60 min options that you can book whenever you need them. I also have a variety of consulting offerings for taking the next step into digital marketing for your studio.

You will need to pay for your Squarespace subscription (Business Plan), which is $18-26/mo depending on if you decide to pay monthly or annually. That subscription covers website hosting, the editing interface and tech support. You'll also need to have a custom domain (ie. www.yourstudio.com). This is typically around $12/year and your domain can be hosted at any number of domain hosting companies (ie. Godaddy, Hover, namecheap etc). That's it for the website directly!
