Phase 2: Pre-Sale Website

When you’re ready to begin selling memberships and showcasing the schedule, your site expands to a full pre-sale and operational website.

Includes:

  • Up to 8 custom-designed pages: Home, About, Classes, New Client, Schedule, Pricing, Contact, + 1 “owner’s choice” page

  • Scheduling software integration (Mariana Tek, Walla, Momence, Mindbody, Arketa, Hapana etc.)

  • Placeholder written content for all pages, created from your brand questionnaire responses (editable by you on the website)

  • On-site SEO foundation for visibility in Google and AI search results

  • Recorded video training to empower you and your team to make updates confidently

Web Design Project FAQ 

  • Squarespace is a hosted website platform (similar to —but better than!— Wix, Weebly, LiveEdit etc). It's user-friendly, works well with scheduler integrations and doesn't require much on-going upkeep. You can read more about why I like Squarespace for fitness and yoga studios here.

  • Absolutely! That's one of the things I love best about the Squarespace platform. I'll show you how to do all this in a recorded training call.

  • Your web design package comes with 2 weeks of priority email support post-launch. This period of time is intended to fine-tune anything on the live site based on feedback from your clients as they actually start to use the new site. After that support window closes, I offer pay-as-you-go "get it done" support calls in 30 and 60 min options that you can book whenever you need them.

  • You will need to pay for your Squarespace subscription (Business Plan), which is $18-26/mo depending on if you decide to pay monthly or annually. That subscription covers website hosting, the editing interface and tech support. You'll also need to have a custom domain (ie. www.yourstudio.com). This is typically around $12/year and your domain can be hosted at any number of domain hosting companies (ie. Godaddy, Hover, namecheap etc). That's it for the website directly!
