Hours are used for general ongoing work on an as-needed basis. You choose how we use your hours to best support your goals.

Support packages are pre-paid and hours, if not used, expire in 6 months. You will receive a response to email questions within 2 business days. Any time-sensitive needs or deadlines must be outlined at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability.
