Embody, a Lagree studio opened in Midland, TX in 2019 fueled by founder, Paige Nelson’s love for the unique fitness method. Paige needed a website that was easy for her to manage herself but also offered all the scheduling flexibility her group classes and private lessons required. Adding Mindbody’s powerful scheduling widget to a Squarespace website was the answer.
