Visual Branding
Not loving your logo or brand look? Just getting started and need branding altogether? With this package add-on we’ll create a new logo (or revise an existing logo) and coordinate color and font palettes and more.
Here’s how it works:
When you schedule:
You'll receive a welcome email guiding you through gathering and sharing your written content, photos, branding, and login credentials.
If you choose the optional COPYWRITING services, you’ll meet with Connie for a content strategy session a few weeks before we start on your website. No need to write your own website copy… with this option, we’ll take care of it for you!
If you choose the optional BRANDING package, you'll be asked to fill out a brand questionnaire and gather logo/brand inspiration (don't worry, I'll send instructions!) We'll jump into the branding portion of your project 3 weeks prior to your website week.

We’ll be in touch to answer questions, share reminders, get your calls booked and make sure we have all the content requested.

I'll design the draft of your home page, setting the style and design vibe for your new website.

We meet for a feedback call to discuss the initial draft and talk about desired changes.

We make any changes needed and the remaining pages are designed. Your scheduling software is integrated to provide booking and buying functionality on the site. This is when it really starts to come together!

We meet again for a training call, and do a page-by-page walk-thru, making any last design adjustments. Search Engine Optimization is accomplished and finishing touches are completed.

Your domain is connected and your new site is live - ready for website visitors to buy and book immediately!
SMALL PRINT
This package includes website integration with your studio scheduling software within the capabilities offered by the core software. We’ve worked with many software integrations: Mindbody, Walla, Mariana Tek, Wellness Living, Acuity and fitDEGREE to name a few, and we’re always happy to explore your set-up if you’re using something else.
Unless an applicable package expansion option has been purchased, you as the client will be responsible for providing: written content for all pages of the website, photos, scheduling account and domain host login credentials, logo file and other brand assets. Scheduling (ie. Mindbody / Mariana Tek) account set-up is not included, and a Squarespace subscription (business plan or higher) is required to launch the final website. (don’t worry, I’ll walk you through gathering all of this!)

Squarespace is a hosted website platform (similar to —but better than!— Wix, Weebly, LiveEdit etc). It's user-friendly, works well with Mindbody and other third party integrations and doesn't require much on-going upkeep. You can read more about why I like Squarespace for fitness and yoga studios here.

Great question! We start by doing research to determine what's already working for you and why, then be sure to keep or improve those pages and keywords. We'll also be sure to redirect any old non-relevant page urls so your links all stay intact. You can read more about this scenario here. If this is a concern of yours, and your website is currently larger than 10 pages or has a blog, I recommend my Flex Fit package.

Absolutely! That's one of the things I love best about the Squarespace platform. I'll show you how to do all this in a recorded training call.

Fast Fit design packages comes with 1 week of priority email support post-launch. This period of time is intended to fine-tune anything on the live site based on feedback from your clients as they actually start to use the new site. After that support window closes, I offer pay-as-you-go "get it done" support calls in 30 and 60 min options that you can book whenever you need them. I also have a variety of consulting offerings for taking the next step into digital marketing for your studio.

You will need to pay for your Squarespace subscription (Business Plan), which is $18-26/mo depending on if you decide to pay monthly or annually. That subscription covers website hosting, the editing interface and tech support. You'll also need to have a custom domain (ie. www.yourstudio.com). This is typically around $12/year and your domain can be hosted at any number of domain hosting companies (ie. Godaddy, Hover, namecheap etc). That's it for the website directly!
