The video audit will start by evaluating your home page, since it’s usually the first place potential clients will land. From there, I’ll move onto evaluating your branding and messaging, and exploring how well it fits what you’ve told me about your business. I’ll also dive into your customer’s journey as they navigate your site, and make note of areas that may be problematic. Finally, we’ll see how well your site works on mobile devices, and check your search engine rankings. Of course, for each of these steps, I’ll offer suggestions on how each element could be improved, if necessary.

Possibly. Depending on the results and what platform you’re using, I have a variety of web design services that may be a good fit for implementation if you don’t want to do it yourself. If my services aren’t a good fit, I may be able to refer you to someone who can help.
